We can’t accept customized products returns or refunds.
When you order a customized item from us, we customize it specifically for you. Therefore, once an order has been processed and the customization process has begun, our company does not accept returns or refunds.
If we made a mistake with your order, we will correct it 100% and immediately for all of our products. We will send you a new order at no cost to you. When you order a customized item from us, we customize it specifically for you. Therefore, once an order has been processed and the customization process has begun, our company does not accept returns or refunds. This includes all of our customized products. To be eligible for a refund on non-customized items, the returned items must be not used and in the original condition that you received – with original tags and labels.
